1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DatingAppPhoto.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

DatingAppPhoto.com provides AI-powered photo scoring, optimization, and enhancement to assist you in creating better dating profile pictures.

You upload your own reference photos, select a desired setting or style, and receive AI-generated photo outputs.

The photo-scoring tool provides directional feedback about how a particular image presents you. An eligible account may receive one lifetime score, and paid photo packs include additional scores. We continue to honor unused scores and unexpired upgrade credits from previously purchased Score Passes. The score is not a scientific measurement, a prediction of matches or likes, or a judgment of your fixed appearance or personal worth. If the visual model cannot return a reliable result, the tool may report the score as unavailable instead of estimating one.

Our service is an AI agent system that orchestrates multiple models. Photo scoring currently uses a visual model accessed through Kie Responses. Other language and image-generation workflows may use Kie, OpenRouter (openrouter.ai), or Fal (fal.ai), depending on the feature. We continuously evaluate models and providers and may update them over time.

DatingAppPhoto.com is an independent utility. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partner-connected to Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, Match Group, or any other dating platform. Those names are referenced only to describe compatible use cases.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.
Account Registration: You must provide an accurate and complete email address during registration. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all actions that occur under your account.
Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent behavior, or created security risks.

4. Payment & Refund Terms

One-Time Packages: DatingAppPhoto.com offers one-time photo generation packages. You pay a single upfront charge to buy photo generation credits. There are no automatic monthly or yearly subscriptions unless explicitly selected by you.
Pricing Adjustments: Prices listed on our pricing page are subject to change. Any price adjustments will not affect packages or credits you have already purchased.
Refund Policy: Due to the high computational costs associated with generating AI images, all sales are final and non-refundable.
- If a technical system failure prevents the delivery of your purchased results, please contact us at support@datingappphoto.com within 7 days of purchase.
- We will investigate the failure and, at our discretion, provide a replacement generation run or issue a refund.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. The following categories of content and conduct are strictly prohibited.

5.1 Prohibited Content

You must not use the Service to generate, upload, or facilitate any of the following:

Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, incites hatred, advocates discrimination, or disparages others on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Copyright and Trademark Infringement: Generating content that reproduces, misappropriates, or infringes upon copyrighted works, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
Minors: Uploading any photo depicting an individual under the age of 18, or generating content that sexualizes or otherwise exploits minors.
Sexual and Nudity Content: Sexually explicit, pornographic, or nude content.
Violence and Harm: Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, terrorism, or content that encourages dangerous or illegal acts.
Impersonation and Deception: Generating photos for the purpose of creating fake profiles, catfishing, identity theft, or bypassing platform verification systems.
Illegal Activity: Content that facilitates, depicts, or promotes any activity that violates applicable law.
Third-Party Uploads Without Consent: Uploading photos of another person without their explicit, documented consent.
Reverse-Engineering: Attempting to extract model weights, reverse-engineer the generation APIs, or disrupt our servers and databases.

5.2 Content Moderation Mechanism

To enforce this policy before generation occurs, we apply multiple layers of review:

Pre-generation prompt screening: User-supplied inputs and compiled generation prompts are screened through deterministic safety rules and a third-party content-safety scanning API (Waffo) prior to image generation. Requests flagged as prohibited are blocked before any image is produced.
Model-side safety: The underlying generative model applies its own content-safety filters.
Manual review: We reserve the right to manually review flagged outputs and user activity.

5.3 Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result, at our discretion and proportional to severity, in:

A warning and removal of the offending content.
Temporary suspension of account access.
Permanent account ban.
Forfeiture of unused generation credits associated with the violating activity.
Denial of refunds for purchases linked to policy violations, in line with the "all sales are final" terms in Section 4.

5.4 Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us:

Report Channel: support@datingappphoto.com (please use "Content Policy Report" as the subject).
What to Include: The offending content identifier, the account involved (if known), and a brief description of the violation.
Response Time: We aim to acknowledge reports within 2 business days and take appropriate action.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

A. Your Input Photos

You retain complete ownership of the original reference photos you upload to the Service.

By uploading, you grant us a temporary, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and process your photos solely to generate your requested image results.

This license lasts only while the relevant photo is retained to provide the service you requested. New generated results have a 24-hour review window. Choose Save to My Photos within 24 hours for each result you want to keep. Saved photos remain in your private gallery until you delete them; we remove unsaved results after the review window. Legacy products retain the access terms shown at purchase. When an active application photo is permanently deleted and no other product object still references it, this license for that photo ends, subject to limited legal, security, transaction, retry, provider-log, and backup retention.

When you submit a photo only to the scoring tool, you grant us the same limited processing license for scoring. The completed normalized report remains available privately to your account until you delete it or request account-data deletion. Saving a metadata-stripped source image is separate and off for each new photo; if enabled, that image remains available until you delete it or request account-media deletion. You represent that you own every submitted photo or have explicit permission from the person shown; submitting third-party photos without consent remains prohibited.

B. Generated Images

We do not claim ownership of the AI-generated photos produced through your account.

You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to download and use the generated images for your personal social and dating app profiles.

C. Service Content

Except for user-uploaded inputs and outputs, all elements of the Service—including branding, design, logos, website layout, code, and text—are the exclusive property of DatingAppPhoto.com and are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that the AI-generated photos will look identical to you, that a photo score is objective or repeatable, that either feature will meet all your aesthetic expectations, or that use of the Service will produce specific real-world outcomes (including increased match rates, conversations, or dates on any dating platform).

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DatingAppPhoto.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of matches, reputational damage, or data loss—arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction.
