Introduction

Welcome to DatingAppPhoto.com ("we", "us", or "our").

We provide AI feedback on dating photos and generate photo options from your own reference images.

DatingAppPhoto.com is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Tinder, Hinge, Bumble, Match Group, or any other dating platform.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information, including the photos you submit for scoring or AI generation.

It also outlines your privacy rights under applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Credentials: When you register, we collect your email address and name to manage your account and authentication sessions.
  • Upload Photos (Reference Inputs): We collect the everyday photos you upload of yourself. These photos are used strictly as reference inputs for our AI generator.
  • Photo Score Inputs: If you use the photo-scoring tool, the selected image is processed for that request and the completed normalized report is saved privately to your account. Saving one metadata-stripped source image is a separate option that starts off for every new photo. If you leave it off, you can still reopen the report and re-upload the image later to continue to the generator.
  • Communications: If you contact us for customer support or feedback, we collect your email, name, and the contents of your messages.

B. Information Automatically Collected

  • Usage and Analytics Data: We track page visits, session duration, and features used to monitor and improve our website's performance.
  • Device and Browser Info: We collect technical data, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen resolution.
  • Cookies: We use essential cookies to manage your login state and keep you signed in. Optional analytics cookies help us understand visitor behavior.

C. Payment Information

All purchases are processed securely through our trusted payment gateways. We do not collect, store, or have access to your raw credit card numbers or bank account details.

The payment providers share only transactional metadata (such as payment status, package purchased, and transaction ID) to authorize your photo credits.

2. Photos & AI Image Processing

Because our service involves generating images of your face, we implement strict safeguards on your inputs and outputs:

  • Photo Processing Purpose: We use your submitted photos to provide the scoring, generation, and optional photo storage you request. We do not use your photos to build facial recognition databases, verify your identity, or profile you biometrically.
  • AI Infrastructure Partners: When an AI provider is used to process a generation request, relevant input data is sent to that provider for the purpose of fulfilling the request. The provider's handling of that data is also governed by its applicable terms and privacy policy.
  • Private Account Access: New generated results have a 24-hour review window. Choose Save to My Photos within 24 hours for each result you want to keep. Saved photos remain in your private gallery until you delete them; we remove unsaved results after the review window. Legacy packages keep the download-access terms shown when they were purchased, including a 30-day window where applicable. Download links themselves are short-lived signed links and may need to be requested again.
  • Deletion Requests: You can delete individual score histories and generated assets where the product provides that control, or contact us to request account-media deletion. We remove active application objects once they have no remaining valid reference. Limited transaction, security, retry, legal, or backup records may remain for their applicable retention period.
  • No Public Display: We do not sell, rent, or lease your photos. Your uploaded images and generated results are not displayed in public galleries.

Photo Scoring

The scoring tool reviews how one photo presents you through controllable, visible factors such as expression, lighting, composition, naturalness, and dating-profile fit. It is not designed to identify you, infer sensitive traits, or judge your fixed appearance or personal worth.

For a scoring request, the image is sent directly to the selected model through Kie Responses without using Kie file upload. We save the completed normalized report privately to your account so a used score is not lost. Unless you separately choose to save the source photo, we do not intentionally retain that scoring image in application storage after the request. If you choose to save it, we store one metadata-stripped private source image until you delete the history or request account-media deletion. Deleting a report removes its active application media once no other product object still needs that image.

This is not a zero-data-retention provider route. Kie's applicable logging, retention, and privacy terms govern its processing, and infrastructure backups may follow separate retention schedules. Deleting an item from our active application does not mean that third-party logs or backups disappear immediately. The scoring service does not automatically fall back to a different provider.

An eligible signed-in account records its one-time lifetime score and any paid re-score balance from a photo pack or a previously purchased Score Pass. When the security check is configured, we use Turnstile. We also use a signed essential visitor cookie and an irreversible HMAC-derived network marker to prevent abuse. The scoring quota state does not store raw IP addresses.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom (UK), we process your personal data under the following legal bases:

  1. Consent: You give us explicit consent to process your uploaded photos when you submit them to the AI generator or confirm that you are authorized to submit a photo for scoring. Where consent is the applicable legal basis, you may withdraw it by contacting support. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before the request.
  2. Performance of a Contract: We process your account info and transaction data to deliver the photo packages you purchase.
  3. Legitimate Interests: We process usage metrics and technical data to secure our site, detect fraud, and optimize our generation algorithms.

4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers. We share data only with essential service providers necessary to run our platform:

  • AI Inference Providers: Secure cloud computing platforms that run the image generation models.
  • Payment Gateways: The payment processor enabled for your transaction receives the payment and order data needed to handle checkout under its own applicable terms.
  • Email Services: When email features are enabled, providers such as Resend send verification codes, transactional emails, and receipts.
  • Hosting & Database Infrastructure: Secure cloud hosting (such as Cloudflare and database providers) to keep the website running.

Third-party providers process data under their own applicable terms and privacy policies, as well as any agreements that apply to our use of their services.

5. International Data Transfers

Some service providers may process data in countries other than the country where you live. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

The safeguards that apply to a transfer depend on the provider, processing location, and applicable law. Contact us if you would like more information about the providers used for your request.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (such as the EU under GDPR, or California under CCPA), you hold the following rights regarding your data:

  • Right to Erasure (Deletion): You can delete supported media items in the product or request deletion of your account media by contacting support. We will not describe a deletion as complete while a known active-storage deletion is still pending or failed.
  • Right of Access: You can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Rectification: You can request that we correct any inaccurate personal data.
  • Right to Data Portability: You can request that we export your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object/Restrict: You can object to the processing of your data for legitimate interest investigations.

7. Children's Privacy

DatingAppPhoto.com is strictly intended for users who are 18 years of age or older.
