Include the Details We Need
Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened. For a purchase, include your order number and the email you used at checkout. For a scoring or generation problem, include the approximate time and any error message you saw.
Do not send passwords, full payment-card details, or photos unless we need them to investigate and ask you for them. Remove personal information from screenshots that is not relevant to the request.
